Order a QR code for an existing tribute
The QR code links to a digital memorial you have already created on Sandalwood Memories. We need to know which tribute it should open, and whether you need the white or black plaque. There are only these two colours — not silver or other metal finishes. If anything is unclear, email info@sandalwoodmemorials.co.uk.
Step 1 — Sign in and choose the tribute
You will need an account and at least one memorial page before you pay. That way we can match your order to the correct name and dates.

At payment you will enter a UK address and phone number. We use these to post your QR plaque or to arrange fitting if we are supplying the headstone.
